Ondo Constituents Won’t Regret Electing BTO, Says Gbajabiamila
The Speaker of Nigeria’s House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, has said the people of Akoko area of Ondo State will not regret electing Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, member representing Akoko North East and North West Constituency in the ninth national assembly.
The Speaker in his word said, “this term makes it the fifth tenure at the National Assembly, despite this, I have never seen any Member of the House construct a 10 kilometres Road Channel, not even myself as a Speaker. I believe that at the end of the four years tenure, the people of Akoko will not regret electing Hon. Bunmi Tunji Ojo to Represent them at the National House of Assembly, Abuja.”
Gbajabiamila gave kudos to Hon. Bunmi Tunji Ojo for the great things he has done for the great people of his Federal Constituency, and also thanked him for always having them in mind. He saidHonorable BTO is a very good member of the House and that his why we can see all Members of the House of Representative and National Assembly from all the geopolitical zone present here today to grace the Civic Reception and Thanksgiving of their fellow.
The Speaker added, “Ondo State is one of the foremost States in Nigeria which Supported the Party at the 2019 general Election, and it is the only state at the National Assembly, that every of his Members elected in respective of Party is appointed into the Committee Leadership, either as Chairman of Committees or Deputy Chairman, so I congratulate Ondo State as a whole for bagging in on the High Committee at the National Assembly which is the House Committee on Niger Delta Development Commission.”
Mr. Gbajabiamila however commended the people of Akoko North East and West Constituency for given their Mandate to Hon. Olubunmi Tunji Ojo and also thanked them for their Continuous support in Ondo State for the Party.
