Christmas: BTO felicitates with Christians, urges them to embrace love, peace
The lawmaker representing Akoko Northeast/West Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo has felicitated with Christians and all Nigerians as they celebrate this year’s Christmas.
In his Christmas message issued on Tuesday, the Chairman of the Houuse Committee on Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), urged Nigerians to work for the peace and development of the land with the purpose of Christ’s birth as an inspiration.
The lawmaker, who said the country’s present march towards greatness under the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari is steady, added that Nigeria’s movement to the next level will be faster if Nigerians show greater commitments to its peace and support the policies of the administration.
Tunji-Ojo enjoined Christians in his constituency, Ondo state, Niger Delta and Nigeria at large to remain committed to the ideals of Christmas, saying that is the essence of the birth of Jesus Christ.
