Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, has received Hon.Bode Obanla in audience pertaining to the development of Auga-Akoko, part of the Constituency that BTO represents. During the visit, Obanla described the Lawmaker as a digital new generation Lawmaker who is committed to new progressive ideas.
Obanla remarked that, BTO has brought remarkable development to his constituency, within a very short period and therefore does not want Auga-Akoko to be left behind amidst notable and wonderful changes experienced within the Federal Constituency.
According to Obanla, “I have come to remind Hon. Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo about his promise to rehabilitate township roads in Auga Akoko. I have also come to request for the building of the dellapidated Examination Hall and a block of 12classroom block in Auga Community Secondary School. We cannot close our eyes while other areas of the Constituency are getting their rightful dues and we wait behind on the ground of political affiliations”, he said.
In his response, Hon Dr.. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, appreciated Bode Obanla for the visit. He said, Obanla is a major political gladiator in the Federal Constituency, whose influence cannot be ignored without consequences. BTO reiterated that he does not make empty promises. “The Auga township roads will have been ready for Commissioning if not the bridge that separates the two communities. In spite of that l can assure you that, by June this year job will be ready”, he said. On block of 12 classrooms, BTO promised that it will also be ready for Commissioning in June 2021. However, the Examination Hall will be accommodated in subsequent projects.
